As a member of one of the "virtual teams" we create for each assignment, your skills and expertise will be key to meeting the requirements of our demanding clients. This can often mean a few late nights and weekends, but the rewards of working with a knowledgeable and appreciative professional staff are substantial.
Are you a writer experienced in creating copy for benefits brochures, employee newsletters and other media for general populations? Do you have specific, in-depth knowledge of medical plans (including CDHPs), dental, disability, retirement (DB & DC) and Section 125 plans? Do you also have the ability to work well under pressure and often within very short timeframes?

If you're a designer with a flair for the creative, we'd like to get to know you. We're always on the lookout for someone with the talent to give as much pizzazz to a two-color bifold as they can to a six-color recruiting package. You must be up-to-speed in the latest versions of Quark, InDesign, Photoshop, Front Page and others. Experience in creating for the Web is a definite plus, as is an extra dose of patience.

Our ideal sales candidate is one who loves to sell, has a great track record of successes selling to mid-sized and large companies, has a strong knowledge of employee benefits, knows and understands the communication process, is willing to work out of his or her home, is persistent (but not intrusive), doesn't make excuses, has a Rolodex that doesn't quit, has lots of energy and only wants to be paid straight commission (well, we are looking for the ideal candidate, right?).
